In my opinion it’s a good idea to force people to not use their cell phone will working. Because when I cook or do other things while using my cell phone, the food gets burnt. The only time you allowed to use your phone is when there is an emergency. If you use your phone while working accidents could happen. So it’s a perfect idea to not use phone while working.
